How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

Its a common misconception that the more water used, the better the end results will be. This is not true and you want to use the least amount of water to achieve the desired results. This is done for two main reasons. The first being that too much water can create bubbles in the carpet with the potential to grow mold underneath, and secondly its just an inconvenience for the customer. On average it should be about 2 hours to dry but at worst no more than 4. Carpets can be walked on immediately but its best to avoid the damp areas if possible.

How long will it take to clean my carpets?

(in-house)

On average, it will take approximately 30 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatments

(pick-up/washing)

If the rug cannot be done in-house, then it must be brought to our warehouse. If this is the case then your rug will be returned to you within 7-10 business days.

Can you get pet stains and odor out for good?

When it comes to pet stains and odors, we go above and beyond our competitors. With that being said there are still no guarantees. This is because pet stains can penetrate deep into the fibers and have a tendency to soak the backing. Once the backing is soaked, the rug/carpet will require a little more TLC then usual.
